Keep the screen comfortable
Use the small collapse control on the character panel to switch between full details and a compact HP/SP/experience display. Use the HUD's Watch button for the Lantern Watch board.
Letter shortcuts listed here use the default control mode. On-screen window buttons are useful if you use a different key mode or cannot remember a shortcut.
Make sure the game has focus
Click inside the game before using a shortcut. When typing in chat or another input, a letter may enter text instead of opening a window.
Use P for the party window, not Alt+P. Operating-system and editor shortcuts can interfere when the game is not focused.
If you forget the journal key
Open Esc and choose Covenant Journal. Check the current chapter and soul state before starting a new expedition.
A key does not create a system
Press H for your alchemist's Homunculus window. Its separate Skills window provides the learned abilities; support AI assists with healing and buffs while attacks remain manual. Pets and mercenaries have their own right-click menus and information windows, and friends are managed with /friends. The Covenant Journal is a custom campaign log, not the full official quest database.
